Project Summary:
CBC Atlantic came to us after spending a ton of time and money with a another web developer. After repeated frustrations and the ultimate failure to deliver what they wanted, PropertyBoss Web Services (PBWS) quickly responded and was able to provide a proof of concept that captured exactly what they were looking for. Within a matter of weeks, CBC Atlantic not only had a brand new website that they were proud of, but they were trained and capable of adding pages and content as they needed (of course, with PBWS as backup if needed).
Since PropertyBoss revamped our website, we could not be happier with the impression it is making and results we are seeing.

VERDE came to PropertyBoss Web Services to build a simple, elegant website that ties in with their Application and Payment web portals managed by PropertyBoss Solutions. Project Summary:
PropertyBoss was tasked with reorganizing the existing website’s content in a manner that better suited the on-campus and community feel that the ‘Summit Apartments’ represents. We really worked with the managing clients to ensure their expectations for the new website were met, if not exceeded.
The user experience (UX) was our focus with this project providing quickly accessible links for prospective & current students, readily available community and campus resources, an all-inclusive site navigation, video testimonials plus multiple ways to contact the ‘Summit’ for more information – all on the home page.

Project Summary:
Fairfax came to us with the challenge of taking seven different communities and rebuilding each of their existing websites. Each community had a project sponsor who wass tasked with providing imagery, content, and direction. PropertyBoss Web Services managed each step of the project from kickoff to launch. They even added an 8th website after they accquired a new property shortly after launching the original 7!
